GN 1024 Metric Size Steel or Stainless Steel Spring Cotter Pins are used for the axial mounting of bolts and axles, while also being used as an anti-twist mechanism. The pins feature a double loop which gives them a flatter spring characteristic and makes them easier to install. To safeguard spring pins against loss, a retaining cable with a key ring can be attached to the double loop.
