Schroeder Industries, a recognized leader in filtration and fluid conditioning products, announces the new vacuum dehydrator (SVD) for the simultaneous removal of water, gases and solid contaminants from hydraulic fluids. The SVD is designed for high volume applications in a variety of Industries including power generation, pulp and paper, steel, and plastics. The SVD features standard saturation and temperature sensors and comes equipped with a fully automated Siemens touch screen, which can also be operated manually. The touch screen contains operating, maintenance, and trouble-shooting manuals for easy accessibility. The SVD’s frame is 48 inches at the bottom, allowing it to fit easily into the bed of a full-sized pickup truck. The product is offered with and without heaters and comes equipped with a common control panel, enabling heaters to be easily retrofitted into existing units at a minimal cost.
