The InductoScan is a self-contained system mounted on a common base, it can support standalone work cell requirements.

The Inductoheat InductoScan vertical modular heat-treat system is designed to increase versatility, improve productivity, reduce maintenance and installation costs, and increase accessibility. It is a high performance induction heating system for mid-to-high volume and/ or multi-shift operations. A self-contained system mounted on a common base, it can support standalone work cell requirements.

Multiple scan-tower modules are available to accommodate a wide variety of parts, including lengths up to 40 in. Mechanical modules provide various process solutions including scanning, lift/rotate, pick and place, linear transfer, and rotary index.

The system is designed to work with Inductoheat's stock power supply sizes (150, 200, and 300 kW; 3-50 kHz; and 45 and 90 kW at 200kHz), or is easily adaptable to standard or existing power supplies. It has a single utility connection for fast installation or relocation. Removable tank cover enables full access to all mechanical components for ease of maintenance or changeover.

The system features a quench recirculating system with plate and frame heat exchanger, and a water-cooling recirculating system for inverter and coils.

User-friendly, the InductoScan is easily programmed through the PC operator interface, providing maximum flexibility and easy use through simple parameter entry. This approach simplifies set-up, changeover, diagnostics, and process monitoring. The Windowsbased PC-HMI software provides superior recipe storage and retrieval. www.inductoheat.com
