The Propane Education & Research Council has released a video series, “real talk”, that dispels the common misconceptions around propane forklifts regarding indoor usage, emissions, and cost.
According to Jeremy Wishart, PERC director of off-road business development, “Ninety percent of Class 4 and 5 operators are choosing propane forklifts over diesel or electric to handle their material handling needs and this video series will help facility managers understand why.”
Here are three misconceptions that explain why propane forklifts shouldn't be overlooked for your facility.
#1: Propane Forklifts Can't Be Used Indoors
#2: Propane Forklifts Take Too Long To Refuel
#3: Propane Forklifts Cost Too Much Up Front
