The VGP30 vacuum gripper handles payloads up to 66 lb (30 kg) and excels at palletizing boxes and handling irregular shapes and porous surfaces, even ones constructed from cost-saving, thinner cardboard. Ready for deployment out of the box, it includes all the hardware and software needed for all leading robot brands.

Using an external air supply, it delivers an airflow capacity of 116 gal/min (440 L/min) with an intelligent vacuum control system that automatically adjusts to any box size or interlayer, optimizing air consumption and reducing energy costs.

With all necessary hardware and software included, the VGP30 offers plug-and-play deployment for quick integration with major robot brands. The gripper's dual-channel system allows independent control of its two vacuum channels, so users can tailor its suction for different tasks.

The VGP30 integrates with OnRobot's D:PLOY platform, an automatic software development platform that allows the configuration of complete, off-the-shelf robotic systems for high-mix manufacturing applications.

There is an optional continuous monitoring feature that provides real-time feedback on airflow. In the event of an interruption, the system alerts users with a pop-up notification in the gripper software.
