Guill Tool & Engineering has launched the Series 400 extrusion tooling which includes a multiport spiral flow design that provides a balanced compound distribution with no weld lines to the corrugator, increasing the finished product's overall strength.
The Series 400 extrusion tooling features a patent-pending design that can be used for a range of corrugated equipment and molds. This tooling includes a multi-port spiral flow design for balanced compound distribution without weld lines to the corrugator, enhancing product strength.
Models available are the 420, 423, 432, and 434, each offering features such as Spiderless Inline, fixed center, or adjustable options, built-in cartridge heaters, adjustable gum space, and the capability to expand to multi-layer configurations.
The design eliminates spider lines, allowing for improved air circulation and preventing cold spots. Users benefit from simplified adjustments and even heat distribution, enabling better control over product dimensions. The design also facilitates quick color changes and easy cleaning.
