Large Format Infrared Inspection Windows, designed for wider viewing angles in challenging industrial settings, provide a larger viewing area with an unparalleled field of view compared to traditional round IR windows—up to six times that of previous windows. Advanced, impact-resistant polymer optics ensure long-term, stable installations in challenging industrial settings, even with exposure to pollutants, vibration, high-frequency noise, and humidity.
The windows are available in 6, 12, and 24-in. widths and can be used with both visual and infrared cameras (visual, ultraviolet and shortwave, midwave, and longwave IR spectrums) to perform inspections of enclosed electrical equipment without any disruption.
All three sizes are available in models for indoor installations with aluminum grilles (model: IRW-xPC) and for outdoor and marine applications with stainless-steel grilles and weatherized enclosures (model: IRW-xPS). To protect the windows, especially in high-traffic areas, locking covers secure the viewing panes from any impacts, debris, dust, and airborne environmental pollutants.
