The series of 38 natural rubber rings and bushings introduced by Advanced Antivibration Components are designed for noise supression in typewriters, printers, copiers and other precision office equipment. Additionally, they isolate striker bars and platens as well as printhead guide rails in high speed printers. They are generally used in protecting sensitive instrumentation from unpredictable vibration and shock.

Identified as the V10R 4 Finger-Flex Mounts Series, they provide protection for loads ranging from 4 to 350 lbs. (2 to 159 kgf) and exhibit various natural frequencies depending on the size and Durometer of the isolator. Durometer hardness ranges from 30 to 60. Five basic sizes are stocked. One has a 13/16" (20.6 mm) diameter with a 1/4" (6.4 mm) bore for loads up to 12 lbs. (5.4 kgf) For loads up to 25 lbs. (11.3 kgf) there are 1-11/64" (29.8 mm) diameter units with 3/8" (9.5 mm) bore. For heavier loads up to 37 lbs. (16.9 kgf) there are 1-3/8" (34.9 mm) diameter units with a 3/8" ( 9.5 mm) bore. Loads up to 80 lbs. (36.3 kgf) can use 1-29/32" (48.4 mm) diameter units which have a 9/16" (14.3 mm) bore. The largest size, 3" (76.2 mm) in diameter with a 5/8" (15.9 mm) bore, can handle loads up to 350 lbs. (158.8 kgf)
