A new series of 5 air springs from Advanced Antivibration Components - AAC are designed to offer a favorable stroke-to-compressed-height ratio when compared to air cylinders. They are designed for operating temperatures of -20 to 60ºC (-4 to 140ºF). Identified as the V11Z48M, the mounts have a minimum load range of 51 kgf (112 lb.) to 612 kgf (1,349 lb.). Their maximum loading ranges from 102 kgf (225 lb.) up to 1,020 kgf (2,249 lb). The diaphragm is made of synthetic rubber and the body is made of steel. Their applications include their use in air compressors, laundry machines, air blowers, pumps, and grain vibrators.
AAC stocks a wide range of shock & vibration isolation products which include: stud & nut type mounts, base plate fastened mounts, wheels, leveling & foot mounts, suspension mounts, springs, steel mesh & cable mounts, bumpers, channel mounts, bushings & grommets, pads & tapes, and couplings. These products are stocked in different materials including rubber, neoprene, urethane, sorbothane, stainless steel mesh, and springs. Many are suitable for use in extreme environmental conditions. Of special interest is a complete selection of Silicone Gel floor mounts, pads, sheets, plus paste-type thermal gel.
