Linear LED with Emergency Backup

Sept. 24, 2018
Larson Electronic's lamp runs for up to 3 hours in a power outage.

A 320-watt explosion proof high bay LED fixture with an emergency backup battery provides users with powerful, energy efficient illumination. This linear hazardous location LED fixture is UL 844 1598/A listed, making it an ideal elevated lighting system in flammable work sites, manufacturing plants, marine locations, and other hazardous locations, and will run at 50 watts for up to 3 hours in emergency mode.

The EPL-EMG-LF-4X-ITG-CPR emergency high bay explosion proof light consists of four LED modules, preventing complete failure. Should one module fail, the rest will remain active to continue providing illumination to the area. This high bay LED produces colors and details much more accurately than traditional high-pressure sodium or mercury vapor luminaries, with the help of a 3000, 4000 or 5000K color temperature. This fixture features cutting-edge fins on the back to improve thermal performance during the operation. An emergency backup feature will provide 6,500 lumens for up to 3 hours in the event of a power outage.

This explosion proof pendant mounted LED light is equipped with a glass lens for protection. The field serviceable unit is listed for the United States and Canada. Explosion proof ratings include: Class I, Divisions 1 & 2 (Groups B, C, D); Class II, Divisions 1 & 2 (Groups E, F, G). The LEDs offer inherent LED resistance to shocks and vibrations.
