Pfannenberg has added a new version to the top-mounted filter fan lineup: The NEMA 3R-certified PTF 1200. With all the same features as the NEMA 12 version, it adds the benefit of 3R protection.
Constructed with stainless steel for outdoor use, this fan version offers users a weather-resistant cooling solution, expanding options for outdoor and semi-outdoor enclosures for thermal management. Its top-mount design ensures optimal airflow with a CFM fan while safeguarding sensitive equipment from environmental elements.

PTF 1200 High CFM Top-Mounted Filter Fan
The PTF 1200, a high CFM top-mounted filter fan, offers an unimpeded airflow rate of up to 589 CFM.
With a protection class of IP 54/NEMA 12, this top-mounted filter fan protects against dust, dirt, and moisture, maintaining optimal performance under diverse conditions.
Its energy-efficient EC centrifugal fan delivers optimum airflow and uniform temperature distribution for low power consumption.
The EC fan provides a soft start and stop, reducing wear and tear on vital parts. The result is a 70,000-hour average lifetime which is also complemented by the ease of filter changes, reducing maintenance costs and downtime.
Designed with the end-user in mind, the PTF 1200 comes with 4 mounting through holes in the cabinet. This eliminates the need for cut-outs during installation, providing easy mounting options and allowing users to achieve a quick install.
