Creform's U-shaped workstation supports one-piece-flow assembly practices, providing flexibility in configuration to accommodate one or two operators based on production needs. It integrates a hydraulic lifting system for ergonomic adjustments, enhancing user comfort and operational efficiency.

This three-stage workstation features variations of Creform's skate wheel conveyors, with standard plastic wheel conveyors for larger totes beneath the work surface. The work surface itself is made of durable HDPE plastic. The structure also includes a horizontal pipe for tool hanging and work light accommodation, while parts replenishment can occur at the back to avoid disturbances to the assembly process.

The workstations are tailored for lean manufacturing environments, with dimensions of 50 x 36 x 80 in (127 x 91 x 203 cm), and are built using blue plastic-coated steel pipe clamped with black 1-in (28 mm) metal joints. Additional accessories can include overhead lights, computer screens, shelves, flow lanes, drawers, sheet holders, label holders, tool storage, hooks, and others which can be configured for ESD components when necessary.

Creform workstations offer mobility and flexibility, available as either pre-assembled structures or kits for easy onsite assembly. For heavier applications, options include using 1.5-in (42 mm) pipe, various pipe colors, and casters. Workstations can also be integrated with Creform AGVs.
