Economy Rail Systems are manufactured with 11 gauge formed 2 rib 9.56-in. (24.3 cm) corrugated rail. It's an economical protection system to protect your assets without compromising quality. Bolt-on rails have been tested to withstand a 10,000 lb. (4.5 mt), impact at 4 mph (6.4 kmh). Rails are available in standard bolt-on or lift-out rails where access is required.
Rails are measured from center to center of the 4-in. (10.2 cm) square tube posts either in single rail height 18-in. (45.7 cm) or double rail height 42-in. (1.07 m) height with 10-in. square x 1/2-in. base plates along with four, 1-in. anchor holes, all hardware including (4) 3/4 in. x 6-1/4 in. masonry anchors. Rails and posts are painted safety yellow.
