    Ergodyne has launched a new collection of 4 PPE staples made with post-consumer materials for eco-friendly options.

    The 8205HL-ECO Hi-Vis Vest repurposes about 11 water bottles, steering them away from landfills and into practical use. Offered in lime or orange in sizes XS to 4XL/5XL, it's made with 100% recycled polyester mesh. Its visibility is Type R, Class 2 certified with 2-in. reflective tape for low-light visibility that meets ANSI/ISEA 107-2020 requirements. It offers durability, lightweight breathability, an easy hook and loop closure, and is machine washable. 

    The 8289-ECO Hi-Vis Shirt repurposes about 30 water bottles. Offered in lime and sizes XS to 5XL, it's made with 100% recycled polyester. Its visibility is Type R, Class 2 certified with 2-in. reflective tape for low-light visibility that meets ANSI/ISEA 107-2020 requirements. It offers durability, lightweight breathability, moisture wicking to keep workers cool and dry, UPF 30+ UV protection, and is machine washable. 

    The 7002-ECO Coated Gloves are made with 37% post-consumer plastics, equivalent to nearly a full water bottle per pair. Offered in green and sizes XS to 2XL, they are made with recycled (polyester knit. They feature PU-coated palms to provide a strong but flexible grip for secure handling along with touchscreen-capable fingertips. The 15-gauge seamless recycled polyester knit with PU coating is soft, lightweight, and flexible. Their seamless knit cuffs keep dirt and debris out while working. They meet ANSI/ISEA 105-2016 level 4 abrasion resistant and level 2 puncture resistant; EN 388: 3131 standards. They are also shrink-wrapped for easy dispensing in vending machines.

    6821-ECO Fleece Balaclava is crafted from 95% post-consumer plastics, offering a warm approach to cold weather and waste reduction, saving about 7 water bottles from landfills. Offered in black as a one-size-fits-all, it's made of 95% recycled polyester and 5% spandex. Providing warmth in cold conditions, it uses high-quality fleece and full thermal head/neck coverage that tucks into jackets. It also fits comfortably under a hard hat or helmet while keeping wearers seen and sage with a reflective accent.
