VNST20 PRO trailer truck loading and unloading autonomous forklift solution can load and unload trailer trucks in just 45 minutes.
Combining VisionNav’s VNST20 autonomous forklift with an advanced Robot Control System (RCS) for fleet scheduling and 3D LiDAR SLAM deep learning positioning technology for accuracy, the solution is designed specifically for trailer trucks to automate loading, unloading, and manual handling tasks.
The RCS uses mapping, 3D perception, localization, and routing technologies to generate efficient loading and unloading, create optimal delivery routes, and maximize loading rates.
3D LiDAR SLAM positioning delivers increased space utilization, high scenario adaptation, high compatibility, and redundancy.
The VNST20 PRO can adapt to diverse trucks, goods, and environments, using self-adaptive perception for unstructured environments and dynamic mapping for dynamic routing in containers. It's compatible with a wide range of trucks in North America and Europe, and can be tailored to a variety of pallets, including EPAL and CHEP. Additionally, it can be easily switched into manual mode to prevent delays.
The VNST20 PRO is currently available in Asia and will be available in the U.S. starting in 2025.
