    RM1D060D3 3 Amp Solid State Relay

    Carlo Gavazzi has expanded its RM1D Series Solid State Relays which now include a 3 A DC rated version with an output voltage of up to 60V DC.

    Carlo Gavazzi has expanded its RM1D Series Solid State Relays which now include a 3 A DC rated version. This addition, the RM1D060D3, has a rated output voltage of up to 60V DC.

    With this expansion, Carlo Gavazzi now offers ratings up to 3, 10, 20, 50, or 100 A at up to 60V DC, up to 20 or 50 A at up to 200V DC, and up to 10 A at up to 500V DC.

    The RM1D Series is designed specifically for applications such as DC heaters, solenoid valves, test equipment, mobile equipment, refrigerated trucks/trains, and connection and disconnection of battery sources.

    They are available from Carlo Gavazzi’s network of sales offices and distributors in the Americas.

    Features:

    • Low power dissipation output MOSFET
    • Fully solid state to ensure trouble-free operation over a high number of switching cycles
    • Control voltage range: 4 to 32V DC
