CTC High Performance Bell-Type Suction Cups Hold Fast to Sheet Metal

With CTC high-performance bell-type suction cups, manufacturers can now have the best of both flat and bellows suction cups to enhance sheet handling tasks.

The main feature of CTC suction cups is their bell shape, combining the advantages of both flat and bellows suction cups. They provide strength, anti-slip grip, and can grip complex or angular shapes.

The series has a large deflection capability, adapting easily to gripping flat, convex or angular sheet metal. Their anti-slip cleats make it easy to move heavy, oily sheets quickly and efficiently, while the central stops ensure thin sheets are gripped tightly without deforming them.

The suction cups are available in diameters of 40, 60, 80, and 100 mm with mounting configurations of 3/8G male or female and 32 mm square. All are made from TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) for resistance to wear and oil.
