Mahr's MarSurf--CD 140 enables fast and precise contour measurements with a unique intelligent probe system that has a 350-millimeter arm, a measuring range of up to 70 millimeters, and a magnetic stylus tip holder that makes it easy to change probe tips without tools or recalibration. The new contour measuring device can be used both in the lab and directly at the workpiece.
Bantam Tools
Launching a host of new products, Bantam is making the most out of IMTS 2022. The biggest release is its new Bantam Tools Explorer CNC Milling Machine. It weighs less than 50 pounds for portability and runs on battery power. The machine easily fits into a pelican case for those who need to mill on the go. The new machine also makes it great for those who work remotely.
A new and improved version of its Bantam Tools Desktop CNC Milling Machine was also released. Improvements include a new black powder-coated steel frame, a deeper chip dish, and a tighter pitch on the Z-axis.

Bantam Tools Control: A mini touchscreen computer that runs the CNC Milling Machine on its own to free up space on the user's computer.
CNC Low-Profile Vise: Works with T-slot beds and fixturing pallets for both milling machines.
Explorer CNC Vacuum: Attaches directly to the new milling machine to allow live vacuuming to increase chip evacuation and speed-up cleanup.
Fixturing Pallet: A flexible fixturing solution that's integrated into Bantam Tools' hardware and software
Spoilboard: Protects the milling bed from damage and doubles as a workholding tool.
FARO Technologies
FARO Technologies launched the S6 Max & Vantage E6 Max Laser Trackers. They offer comprehensive, large-volume 3D measurement up to 80 meters, streamlining processes and reducing inspection cycle times. The new trackers maximize 6DoF measurement capabilities through the optional 6Probe, enabling precise measurement of hidden areas and small features.

HP unveiled its MetalJet S100 3D Printer for commercial use, explaining the importance of the machine is surrounded by its scalability with price and modularity.
