CAS DATALOGGERS and its partnerDelphinare introducing the Expert Key 100L and 200L Data Loggers, for multi-channel temperature measurement — but also well suited to high-speed signal acquisition. Technicians in manufacturing, R&D, and product testing programs will find these to be a flexible, convenient device to automate procedures, document product quality, and acquire, monitor and analyze measurement data.
Expert Key L devices are lightweight with console-type housings and are designed for use in labs and test stands as tabletop or wall-mounted devices. Providing a wide input array for many different applications, the Expert Key is a cost-effective solution for analog data acquisition, jumpstarting projects while fitting easily into departmental budgets.
Expert Key analog and digital inputs/outputs are easy to access, and signals and actuators are quick to connect without requiring any tools. The system’s universal analog inputs allow direct connection with RTDs, thermocouples and mVolt/mA signals. Each analog input is equipped with BNC and thermo mini connectors compatible with any type of thermocouple, giving users the option to choose the best sensor type for their specific project. Additionally, channels can be assigned up to 100 kHz individual sampling rates to enable simultaneous processing of temperature channels and high-speed inputs, for example to detect pressure peaks. Additionally, all inputs have galvanic isolation for protection against earth loop influents.
Expert Key models also include feature-filled ProfiSignal Goprofessional PCsoftware and a complete range of drivers for third-party measurement software, saving users the expense of having to acquire additional software. ProfiSignal Go enables online and offline monitoring, analysis of measurement data, and enables quick set-up. This user-friendly software can also exchange data with other systems using an OPC server or Modbus TCP, and an OCX interface is also provided to interface with custom programs.
Delphin data loggers and data acquisition systems address measurement and control problems in industrial and laboratory applications. They feature different analog and digital input and output modules that can be used with a wide range of signal types including voltage, 4-20 mA current, thermocouple, RTD, and resistance. These instruments also give users powerful alarm and programming capabilities allowing them to process measurements and initiate actions on their own. Delphin systems can be used for local data acquisition and logging when connected to a PC, for remote unattended data collection connected the Internet, or as stand-alone devices.
