The 5/35 Lithium-ion Batteries, designed for use in forklifts, provide operational efficiency and long-term performance for a cost-effective, maintenance-free power source.

Available in 24, 36, and 48V power capacities, the batteries are IP69-rated for protection and engineered for conditions from -22 to 122°F (-30 to 50°C) with integrated thermal management for consistent operation across temperature ranges. Built-in counterweight and adjustable spacers help the batteries fit securely into a wide variety of compartments, eliminating the need for separate spacers.

The batteries have dual A320 charge ports for ergonomic access and compatibility with single or dual chargers, and a dedicated truck connector with drive-away protection prevents accidental disconnection during charging.

Toyota's lithium-ion chargers are fully compatible with the 5/35 battery line and integrate with the onboard Battery Management System for charging efficiency. The modular charger design supports easy service and expansion while providing auto bypass of modules for uninterrupted operation. UL and CEC certifications ensure compliance across the US and Canada.

Charging times are as fast as one hour with dual-cable fast chargers, and the batteries support up to 5,000 cycles. A six-year limited warranty provides coverage for parts, labor, and travel.
