    The ARTIC SS Chevron is a horizontal flow wrap machine for medical and pharmaceutical packaging applications. It uses a single roll of film, folded to form a secure seal that maintains sterility while reducing plastic usage. This single-film design eliminates the need for premade bags and dual films, simplifying validation processes and reducing material inventory requirements.

    The machine is suited for low-height medical devices such as bandages, gel pads, and wound care products. Its quick-changeover feature uses a simple wheel adjustment to minimize downtime and support fast format or appearance changes. Integrated Tyvek webbing allows for sterilization methods such as ETO or Gamma Radiation, while maintaining necessary barrier properties. The offset edge design supports quick, aseptic access during package opening.
