ProMat 2025: Channel Roller Conveyor Transfer Plate

Flexco's new channel version of its roller conveyor transfer plate works with O-rings to retain easy installation and functionality while reducing downtime.
Like previous RCTP models, the channel version is available in 6 (150) and 12 in (300 mm) lengths and is designed for use with 1.9 in (50 mm) diameter rollers spaced on 3 in (75 mm) centers.
It can be easily trimmed to fit site-specific applications, allowing for quick installation. Made from proprietary low-friction materials, the channel RCTP incurs minimal wear, providing long-term durability. If a replacement is needed, technicians can quickly swap units in a matter of seconds, reducing downtime. Its bright yellow color enhances visibility, making inspections and monitoring simple for maintenance teams.
