ProMat 2025: iWAREHOUSE ObjectSense Detection & Notification System for Lift Trucks

    Adding to its iWAREHOUSE technology and lineup, The Raymond Corporation has developed the iWAREHOUSE ObjectSense Detection & Notification System (iW.ObjectSense).

    Raymond will be showcasing its lineup of iWarehouse solutions at ProMat 2025 in booths #S1703 and #S1903.

    Also on display:

    iW.ObjectSense is a notification system that uses audible and visual alerts to alert operators to obstructions while traveling in the tractor-first direction. The system also offers controlled slowdown and stopping functionalities so that operators remain in full control of lift trucks at all times.

    The technology can be used as a training reinforcement tool for lift truck operators and can be easily incorporated into existing Raymond fleets without layout or infrastructure changes. Relying on dynamic detection that automatically adjusts with lift truck speeds, it lengthens and shortens detection areas as needed for better performance and smoother deceleration when an object has been identified.
