Advance Lifts' Electric Straddle Lift (ESL) provides efficient lifting capabilities with enhanced functionality, able to be used for a wide range of applications.
Available with capacities of 2,000 and 4,000 lb (900 and 1,800 kg), it offers platform sizes ranging from 2 x 4 ft to 4 x 6 ft (0.5 x 1 m to 1 x 2 m).
The lift operates from a lowered height of 5 in (127 mm) to a maximum raised height of 48 in (1,200 mm).
Featuring a programmable logic controller (PLC), the Electric Straddle Lift allows users to program the lift for any number of stops with ease. This feature is useful for applications that require materials to be lifted and positioned at multiple heights, such as over and under conveyor systems and sheet feeding operations.
The straddle-style design of the lift ensures that there are no obstructions beneath the platform, enabling easy integration into conveyor systems or environments that require under-platform clearance or low platform heights.
The standard lift configuration has a 5-in (127 mm) lowered height. With optional side guards, the platform can lower fully to the floor, offering greater adaptability.
