Evaporative Condensers Get Expanded Applications
Marley brand Cube BTC forced draft evaporative condenser and Cube DTC induced draft evaporative condenser for industrial cooling applications is now available. Both Cube models are geared toward cooling applications in chemical processing, industrial gases production, and pharmaceutical production where they offer robust construction materials, ease of installation and maintenance, and reliable performance.
The Cube BTC forced draft evaporative condenser and DTC induced draft evaporative condenser are built to last, with heavy duty G235 mill galvanized structure and casing, hot dip galvanized welded areas and bolted construction in submerged areas. Stainless steel construction options are available.
Additionally, Cube evaporative condensers are designed for easy installation. Module connections have minimal fasteners for easy field assembly, and pre-assembled platform options with welded guardrails are available. The Cube’s large rectangular access doors and a self-draining water distribution system with large orifice and clog-resistant nozzles assist with ease of maintenance.
The Cube DTC offers reduced sound levels and improved winter operation, while the BTC offers easy access to the drive system for maintenance and multiple fan drives in a single cell for redundancy. Both condensers are offered in a range of sizes to fit existing footprints and a range of cooling needs.
Features:
- Single cell includes multiple belt-drive axial fans with TEFC motors for redundancy
- Fan partition walls with large rectangular doors and removable air inlet screens for easy access to drive systems
- Low-clog spray nozzles and self-draining spray header
- High-efficiency triple-pass PVC drift eliminators
