A line of high-frequency oven-controlled crystal oscillators (OCXOs) features a non-PLL (phase-locked loop) design that enables users to specify frequencies up to 1 GHz, which results in less external frequency multiplication, less phase noise, and low jitter.
Units can maintain stabilities as low as ±250 ppb over an operating temperature range of -40 to 185ºF and ±100 ppb at temperatures from -4 to +158ºF. The high-frequency OCXOs come in a wide variety of package options and voltage configurations. Moreover, their enhanced internal voltage regulation minimizes the requirements for high-stability power supplies; the units support supply voltages as low as 3.3V.
