Molding services that have been forced to use mold release agents that contain flammable solvents can now use Release Coating 7373, a new water-based mold release developed by Huron Technologies, Inc. This unique, new coating eliminates flammable problems that may be present when using solvent based, mold release agents. Release Coating 7373 also works with both epoxies and phenolic resins allowing an operator to use only one, not two different mold release coatings. This reduces inventory, training and assures the operator always selects the proper mold release coating.
