Round Maintenance Gate for above rotary airlocks to enable quick removal

Lorenz has introduced a NEW Round Maintenance Gate. Expensive andheavy square to round adapters have been eliminated enabling product toflow smoothly. Available in sizes from 6-16 inches, the Round MaintenanceGates mount above airlocks or below bins and hoppers to handle drymaterial during periodic shutdowns for maintenance. The interior of theRound Maintenance Gates is fully lined with polymer to eliminate frictionproblems. Actuation of the Round Maintenance Gates is by hand crank,hand wheel, or chain wheel, at the preference of the processor. Contactpoints are 304 stainless steel and the blade is polished stainless steel.The frame of the Round Maintenance Gate is of lightweight aluminumconstruction, built in a narrow profile.
