Protek Power North America announces thePM300 Series of 300W, medical, AC/DC switching power supplies, whichoffer a compact, performance packed design with full compliance toworldwide EN60101-1 medical safety standards.The PM300 Series has a universal 90-264VAC input and 21 models withsingle, dual, triple or quad outputs, ranging from 3.3VDC to 48VDC.All outputs are floating, adjustable, and fully regulated, allowingsuperb flexibility in meeting a user’s exact voltage requirements.Multiple output models also are available with a high current 24VDCprimary output.The PM300’s compact package of  7.5” x 4.5” x 1.75” is ideal for thespace critical designs of today’s higher power medical equipment.  Anoptional, integral cover and fan assembly allows for up to 300W ofpower from 0-50C, with derated output power up to 70C.   The PM300 isalso available in a U-channel version, capable of up to 150W ofconvection cooled power or 300W with 35CFM of user provided moving air.The PM300 Series features double fusing, necessary for Europeanmedical designs, comprehensive protection circuitry, power fail detectand remote inhibit.   Remote sense is standard on output #1 and output#2.   High efficiency and high MTBF make the PM300 a perfect choicefor critical applications.• Input voltage – 90-260VAC • Input frequency – 47- 63 hz • Switching frequency – 70khz – 10 khz • Efficiency – 70% minimum • Operating temp – 0 degree c to 70 degree c • Storage temp - -40 degree c to +85 degree c
