Newly introduced, full-featured Model JH2376 Pulse Conditioner is a “big brother” to JH Technology’s recently-announced JH376 & JH377 low-cost pulse amplifiers. It accepts input waveforms as low as 20 millivolts peak-to-peak or as high as 250Vrms and transforms them to fully-isolated 5 volt logic output pulses. Based on a design for a Navy application, it has been modified for general industrial use. Two inputs are included. Its low level input amplifies and conditions millivolt tachometer and turbine signals, while its high input safely isolates and monitors power and VFD (variable frequency drive) waveforms. Frequency response extends to 40kHz.
Optional filtering and adjustable sensitivity allow the user to tailor the unit for each application, optimizing sensitivity and frequency response versus noise rejection. The DIN-rail-mounted JH2376 is available with 115 or 230Vac power options.
