YPR-45-15-60 Series Three-Axes Positioning Stages

Optimal Engineering Systems' YPR-45-15-60 Series of three-axes positioning stages features four motor options.

The YPR-45-15-60 Series high-precision three-axes positioning stages are ideal choices for laser scanning, drilling, and machining, reverse engineering, inspection, assembly, measurements, tracking, and positioning. The series features four motor options: Stepper Motor driven, Three Phase-Servo Motor driver, DC Servo Motor Driven, and Stepper Motor Driven with Quadrature Optical Encoders for position verification.

 

The series was developed through the integration of a 60 mm diameter rotary stage (upper axis) capable of 360 degrees of continuous operation and two goniometers (middle and lower axes) each having travel ranges of +/- 15 degrees and +/- 45 respectively.

 

The rotary axis is equipped with a HOME switch. The other two axes are equipped with positive and negative limit switches to signal the motion controller that end of travel is reached. All axes have calibrated scales for visual inspection.
