Michelman has released a new Fiber Sizings and Composites Brochure that includes a basic explanation of whatfiber sizing is, what its function is and why proper sizing selection is critical.
The 8-page brochure includes a handy guide to “choosing the right sizing chemistry,” and describes basic sizing solutions for polypropylene and polyamide/PBT composite applications, as well as high temperature applications. Formulation guides are included for LFT and direct chopped PP and PA fiberglass.
