Flexco recently announced the addition of the Rockline® Conveyor Idlers to its wide range of products designed to maximise belt conveyor productivity. The troughing idlers are made of lightweight, durable composite HDPE materials. Available in 20°, 35°, and 45° troughing angles, the idlers feature CEMA C 5” (127 mm) diameter Rockline rollers. The rollers provide the same CEMA (Conveyor Equipment Manufacturers Association) ratings as steel rollers with no loss of functional performance, while providing a longer service life and superior wear when compared to steel.
Designed to overcome common issues with belt conveyor rollers, Rockline Rollers are durable enough to tackle a variety of environments, feature lightweight construction, require less energy, and emit less noise than steel counterparts. Not only is the material durable enough to resist abrasion and friction on the surface of the roller, the field-proven seal design offers unmatched corrosion resistance and bearing protection on the inside of the roller. Rockline Idlers ship from stock for belt widths up to 48” and are ideal for use in the aggregate industry where efficiency and cost containment are crucial.
