Zero-low ground-level lift tables are powered by an electric motor with lifting action by machine or ball screw instead of hydraulics. The benefit of eliminating hydraulics includes everything built-in. No more hydraulic oil, sweat or drips, drifting, and no more remote power pack. The operation is quiet, smooth, clean, and suitable for laboratory, food processing, and pharmaceutical operations. The zero-low design is also available in stainless steel or aluminum construction.
The lift is available in capacities of 250, 500, 1,000, 2,000, 4,000, and 6,000 lb (110, 230, 450, 910, 1,800, and 2,700 kg) with various standard and customizable sizes from 26 x 36 up to 60 x 72 in (660 x 910 to 1,500 x 1,800 mm) wide and heights from 0 up to 48 in (0 to 1,200 mm).
The power source is 110 V AC, 230/460 V 3-phase or battery-powered 12 or 24 V. The controls are momentary contact hand-held pendants or foot pedals for up and down.
