March 18, 2022
Kassow Robots' KR1018 7-axis cobot is fast, lightweight, and has an intuitive user-interface.

A strong and precise industrial cobot, KR1018 can perform machine tending with heavy metal and plastic parts and carry out pick-and-place tasks at high payloads.

With a payload of 39.7 lb. (18 kg) and a reach of 39.4 in. (1,000 mm), the 7-axis cobot shows strength when performing industrial tasks. The easy-to-use interface and plug-and-play concept makes it accessible to small and medium-sized enterprises without robot engineers.

It has a weight of 75 lb. (34 kg), and it is well-suited for machine tending, assembly, quality assurance, palletizing, and pick-and-place tasks. The wrist joint seventh axis and safe design facilitates human-robot collaboration.

Regardless of access angle, the seventh axis also enables continuous dispensing, welding, and material removal applications without the need to reorient the arm.
