Bulk Bag Conditioning System, which has already addressed issues such as bag breakage, plant structural damage, and forklift damage, has developed a patented method to break up material hardened inside bulk bags during transit and storage. The hydraulically actuated pivoting conditioning arms feature extended travel and utilize a "v-shaped" tubular breaker profiles to efficiently return even the most severely agglomerated materials to a free-flowing state.
A powered rotary lift table and turntable positions the bulk bag for complete material conditioning on all sides, as well as the top and bottom. Unit features easy-to-use momentary contact controls and acrylic guarding on three sides for operator safety.
