In his current role, Michael is responsible for managing customer deployments, as well as ensuring the successful adoption of autonomous mobile robots. SI: Michael, I assume virtual command centers including Vecna’s own Pivotal Command Center (PCC) consist of software solutions with dashboards that track each robot’s operational status and metrics. What are the ins and outs of that solution? What is the workflow like? What else does a virtual command center do?
