AutoScheduler.AI, a Warehouse Orchestration Platform (WOP) and Warehouse Management System (WMS) accelerator introduced Centralized Warehouse Orchestration, to give companies a centralized view of multisite data. Called AutoPilot Central, the solution lets supply chain executives get an aggregated bird's eye view across multiple sites and rank them to take corrective action for areas out of service, mitigating risk across the network.
The birds-eye view creates a centralized command and control of an entire distributed warehouse network. At the network level, the history and result of these plans can then be sent to Directors and VPs of distribution to identify potential flow issues that are going to occur inside of a network, which customers/shipments are at risk, and where action can be taken to avoid service failures.
It aggregates multisite AutoScheduler data using predictive analytics, letting supply chain officers rank the sites, quickly see which areas across the network are out-of-tolerance or at risk, and take action.
