AutoHexaFil Automatic Void Fill Dispenser for Packing

To use with HexcelPack's HexaFil void fill, the AutoHexaFil automatic dispensing solution provides faster packing speeds and several programming modes.

With a programmable screen and electric operation via a foot pedal, the machine quickly dispenses HexaFil to the desired length. Four programming modes are available for supreme cushioning, blocking, and bracing:

• Cut-to-length bulk bin filling
• Cut-to-length with a preset quantity
• Cut-to-length—hold until pulled by the operator
• Manual continuous length—cut when the foot pedal is released

It's fully customizable to fit on packaging conveyor systems and has optional wheels for easy maneuvering or can be affixed to the packing table. It's durable, allows for quick and easy paper reloading, and is virtually jam-free.
