Full Label Inspection Suite
Mettler-Toledo (booth# C-1814) will present a completely automated, full-label inspection service for food and pharmaceutical manufacturers that inspects 100% of products and shapes and identifies 100% of label data and quality challenges. This portfolio consists of the new V13 Flat Pack Label, new CV, and new CMV Combination machines.
- The V13 carries out label inspection from the bottom up to inspect labels on the underside of flat packs. The stand-alone solution offers configurable material handling options and can be extended with top and side smart cameras.
- The CV offers weight control and completeness checks combined with label inspection for all product shapes. Detect under and overfilled products to comply with weighing regulations and reduce waste. Inspect label data and quality defects to prevent recalls.
- The CMV Combination delivers metal detection, weight control, and label inspection in one device.
