    Using the heavyweight CS620 robotic arm which features a 44 lb. (20 kg) payload and a 6 ft (1,800 mm) radius, Elite Robots' all-in-one palletizing solution integrates a lifting column to increase the robot's reach and a custom-crafted end-of-arm tool.

    The pallet position sensors inform the robot when an empty pallet is ready for action, while the proximity sensors and the dynamic safety plans ensure enhanced safety.

    From the software side, the embedded palletizing wizard ensures rapid setup, ease of operations, and real-time monitoring of the production status.
