    Targeting 3PL, retail, and consumer packaged goods that require case-level labeling, the Robotic Print and Apply Palletizer provides a 1-robot workflow to ensure Amazon Routing, SSCC, or SKU barcodes are applied to each case in a pallet before shipment.

    Leveraging production-fielded technology for palletizing and depalletizing mixed SKU cases, the palletizer simplifies these operations with a 1-robot layout, reducing the cost of automating and manual tasks. 

    It can accurately identify cases, apply labels according to requirements, and replicate pallet patterns. Since it works with a variety of pallet/conveyor input and out combinations, the palletizer can be used in inbound, storage, and outbound processes.

    The robot has a rate of up to 300 cases/h, and with its AI platform, can handle messy pallets and random SKU cases, adapting on the fly as single SKU pallets change. The software also easily adapts to existing workflows, minimizing installation times and removing the need for WMS/WES integration.
