Easy-Access Table Blast Machine

VIKING BLAST & WASH SYSTEMS released the newest design in its industrial line of table blasters. The redesigned 48T has a wrap-around door for easy access. Also, the redesign has eliminated the need for a lower screw auger, reducing wear while improving efficiency. The air intake is more aggressive and allows for application of more air flow, yielding cleaner abrasive and a cleaner cabinet.

The standard wear liner package for the 48T includes half-inch cast chrome/moly and quarter-inch manganese alloy replaceable liners, giving the highest degree of wear resistance.

This unit is equipped with a 15-in., VK Powermax 1500, 20-hp blast wheel. It also can be fitted with a rotary scalping drum, auxiliary abrasive hoppers, peening packages, and various horsepower options versus the standard 20-HP VK PowerMax.

Viking offers custom machine sizes and wheel configurations to accommodate specific application requirements.

All Viking cartridge-style dust collectors are sold with NFPA-required deflagration panels as standard.
