Able to withstand the demands of challenging environments and research processes, the oil-free nEXT2807M and nEXT3207M Maglev pumps can be used where a contamination-free vacuum is needed for high process quality. The magnetically levitated turbomolecular pumps are virtually maintenance-free (up to 80,000 h) and lightweight.
The pumps feature low vibrations, hydrocarbon-free performance, efficient water cooling, and a higher pumping capacity. With a bespoke rotor design, the series has a pumping speed of up to 3,200 L/s for the larger nEXT3207M and a pumping speed of up to 2,500 L/s (nitrogen) for the smaller nEXT2807M. Lightweight rotors help to decrease power consumption, especially in start/stop phases.
Designed to achieve consistent results no matter the environment, they're suited for various coating applications, vacuum ovens, thermal vacuum chambers for space applications, and high-energy physics applications.
