The updated gun combines the innovative speed-feed technology to fire the shaft quickly into the tube from a pull of the trigger with the new Reverse Stop Assembly that automatically detects when the brush is retracted from the tube and stops it in the optimal position. With the brush automatically in the optimal position this new feature heightens the ease of use of the RAM-5DC-ID as it provides the operator with the precision to move seamlessly and quickly to clean the next tube. The updated gun also improves on the trigger system reducing the force needed to pull the trigger by 50%.

The RAM-5DC-ID also features the Forward Stop Assembly that automatically stops the brush and shaft when it reaches the end of the tube. Plus, it has intuitive controls to dial in the shaft and brush rotation speed and the feed rate of the shaft, up to 3 ft/s, to meet the cleaning needs of an exact tube type.

All this combined with the integrated water flush delivers unmatched cleaning results. The addition of the quick-connect shaft and brush connections to quickly and easily change out shafts or cleaning tools makes the RAM-5DC-ID the fastest mechanical solution for effectively cleaning tubes/pipes in chillers, condensers, evaporators, and heat exchangers.
