The Deluxe Welding Shield with X81V ADF lens is an incredibly lightweight, full-size helmet that covers the wearer’s head, neck, and ears. It's made from Dupont super tough flame retardant nylon that withstands extreme cold and heat without cracking or deforming. The comfortable Pera-Lok ratchet headgear won’t wear out. Also included is an ultra-soft replaceable headband that conforms to the shape of your forehead.
The cover plate ejection system is made easy by pushing the internal button and simply pulling the cover plate off. The lens has a 3.2 x 3.9 in. viewing area, a 5 x 4 in. window area; UV/1R up to shade 16 with a permanent outer coating to protect eyes; 3 light shade modes and a Solar Cell primary battery with digital Lithium powered backup which lasts 5 to 10 years.
The shield can easily be adapted to mount on non-slotted hard hats using the Welding Shield Hardhat Adapter.
