The Douglas Contour™ S-75 Shrink-Wrappers run short to tall products, on one machine, at high speeds using advanced film cutting and handling technology. The flexible patent-pending servodriven wrapping wand uses circular, elliptical, or trapezoid wand paths for wrapping products, increasing film control and providing accurate film placement. The wrapping wand cam is effortlessly removed for changeovers. Large size ranges and randomly spaced products are easily accepted. The S-75 features a patent-pending tunnel utilizing advanced heat and airflow management to deliver tightly wrapped packages for maximum package integrity, consistently shaped bull’s-eyes, and minimum graphic distortion Operator accessibility is maximized with an open design and gull-wing guarding. Gull wing guard doors glide open and closed, staying where you put them. The unobstructed openings provide quick access to product, materials, and components. Electronic motion controls reduce parts, resulting in a clean, open design. Components are located on the machine perimeter for easy access and maintenance convenience. Speeds are to 75 cycles per minute. All Contour™ S-75 Shrink-Wrappers are backed by Douglas’ exclusive 3-year limited warranty.
