The RVI-43A replacement vacuum interrupter is intended for use in General Electric (GE) Power/Vac VB, VB1H, PVDB1, VVC, and PV-VL vacuum circuit breakers, including catalog numbers 0282A2751G047 and 0282A2751G062. This direct fit-and-function replacement unit meets original equipment ratings; it is designed to provide high-voltage insulation, high cumulative and breaking capacity, exclusive internal torsion control, and fine alumina ceramic for an excellent vacuum seal. No modification is required for proper installation and operation in the existing electrical equipment.
The replacement vacuum interrupter offers 3000 A RMS-rated current, 15 kV RMS maximum voltage, 95 kV peak impulse withstand, and 40 KA RMS-rated short-circuit breaking current.
