Lomar is excited to announce our latest innovation, the S1140 Portable Tube Bender! Offered as alternative to conventional hand benders, the S1140 is an inexpensive, compact (6” x 20” x 7” tall), lightweight (25 lbs), and hydraulic-powered solution to short run tube bending needs. When coupled with any hydraulic power source capable of providing 5,000 psi, the S1140 is capable of effortlessly bending, ¼” through ¾” .083 hydraulic tubing. The bender may be vise-mounted, bolted to a workbench, or carried on-site, and is available directly from Lomar with a rugged toolbox, a multitude of hydraulic power sources (including hand, air/hydraulic, and electric pumps), and hydraulic lines. It takes only seconds to set up the S1140 with the standard Lomar quick-change tooling. The Lomar S1140 Portable Tube Bender was developed with machine builders, plant maintenance, counter sales, and fleet service personnel in mind.
