The Dake Corporation is introducing a new H-Frame hydraulic press called the Force 50. The new 50-ton model is an extension of the popular Force 10 and Force 25 Dake Dura Press product line. Economically priced, electrically powered Dake Dura Presses are any easy step up from tiresome manually operated hydraulic presses. They can be used for assembly, straightening, fabrication, quality control, maintenance, product testing, bending, forming, punching, and shearing. The Force 50 has a heavy duty, arc-welded channel steel frame to minimize deflection. The double-acting hydraulic cylinder has 16” of ram travel. The cylinder has a 6” bore and operates at low hydraulic pressure to reduce system fatigue. Ram movement is controlled by single joystick operation. The maximum daylight opening is 41-3/4” and the width between the side frames is 44”. The press is powered by 2 HP single phase, 110V or 220V, motor for greater portability.
